RETURN POLICY
We are committed to your satisfaction. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your final purchase. Returning a product can be stressful on customers so we're here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented Sales specialists are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application.
SPECIAL ORDERS require a 50% deposit to order. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on special order items that are received from the manufacture at Stewart’s TV & Appliance. Special order merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange unless it is damaged or defective. Cancellations of orders before items are already received may be subject to a cancellation fee. Although it is frustrating, Stewart’s is not responsible for manufacturer’s shortages or backorders. Stewart’s TV & Appliance cannot make any guarantee of availability or date of shipment from manufactures.
RETURNS
If a return is necessary, your sales associate can help facilitate the return. Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for return. Returns are subject to a manager’s approval. All returns must have the original box and all packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
NO RETURNS after 14 days. NO EXCHANGES after 30 days. Refunds of payments made by a check will be issued 14 days from the date the check was presented to Stewart’s TV & Appliance. Refunds of payments made by credit card will be issued back to the same card.
Most of our products include a one-year, parts and labor warranty. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details. If your product is defective upon arrival, notify Stewart’s of the problem within 48 hours of receiving goods and they will take appropriate action.
LAY-A-WAYS:
Lay-a-ways require a 25% deposit at the time the order is placed. A minimum payment of 25% every 30 days for three (3) months is expected. Lay-a-ways must be paid in full in three (3) months. Lay-a-way payments made with a credit card must be done in person in the store. Any order that a deposit is paid and has not been delivered after 30 days will be considered a lay-a-way and a 25% payment is expected every 30 days. Accounts that are inactive for more than 30 days will be subject to cancellation. The balance of any money paid will be placed on a Stewart’s TV & Appliance gift card.
DELIVERY POLICY:
If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer wait for a delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. Delivery is free on appliances $499 and up within our delivery area. (see store associate for our normal delivery area) Television delivery and setup is available at an additional fee.
