Returns Policy

Returned checks are subject to a service fee of $25.00

No refunds or exchanges on special order items.  Special orders require a deposit of 25% to order the item(s).

Stewart's Appliance is not responsible for manufacturer’s shortages or backorders.  Stewart's Appliance can make no guarantee of availability or date of shipment from manufacturers.

Returns are subject to manager’s approval; the item must have the original box and all packing, all returns are subject to at 15% re-stocking fee.

NO REFUNDS or RETURNS after 14 days; NO EXCHANGES after 30 days. Refunds over $50.00 will be issued by check. Orders paid with credit card will have the credit issued back to the same account.  Refunds will be issues 14 business days from date of the original transaction allowing for funds to clear.

Layaways must be paid in full within 90 days; inactive accounts will be subject to cancellation and forfeit of any or all monies paid.  Credit cards will not be accepted for layaway payments.

Customers who have taken advantage of financing terms are solely responsible for compliance with the rules and conditions for their finance program.  Stewart Appliances cannot accept payments on any financing program.

Rebates are the responsibility of the customer; Stewart Appliances will follow all rules and regulations set forth by the different manufacturers for their rebate program.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
